एससी, एसटी और ओबीसी के मुद्दों को लेकर सोशल मीडिया पर चर्चित वरिष्ठ पत्रकार दिलीप मंडल इस समय किसान आंदोलन की नई लहर को लेकर खुद चर्चा में आ गए हैं। इसका कारण है, उनके एमएसपी को लेकर विचारों का यू टर्न। उनके पुराने और नए विचारों के बीच मात्र दो साल का फासला है, जिसको लेकर तमाम लोग आलोचनाएं कर रहे हैं। फेसबुक पर दिलीप मंडल की पुरानी और नई पोस्ट साझा करके उनके बदलते हुए राजनीतिक रुख को देखकर कई लोग हैरान हैं तो कई सरकार के पाले में पहुंचने का संकेत मान रहे हैं( Dilip Mandal On MSP)
वरिष्ठ पत्रकार दिलीप मंडल ने फेसबुक पर पुरानी पोस्ट में कहा था- जब देश भूखा था, विदेश का सुअर को खिलाने वाला सड़ा लाल गेहूं यहां लो खाते थे, तब हरियाणा, पंजाब और वेस्ट यूपी में किसानों के साथ राष्ट्र ने ये करार किया था कि आप उगाओ, हम एमएसपी पर सारा खरीद लेंगे। उन किसानों ने देश का पेट भर दिया। एमएसपी हटाना इन किसानों से वादाखिलाफी है,गद्दारी है।( Dilip Mandal On MSP)
नई पोस्ट में दिलीप मंडल ने लिखा है – फार्मर्स प्रोटेस्ट पर कोई भी राय बनाने से पहले देख लें, फसल की कीमत तय करने का काम खरीदार और बेचने वाले के बीच तय होना चाहिए। सरकार द्वारा कीमत तय करना अच्छी बात नहीं है, खासकर तब जबकि हर साल करोड़ों रुपए का अनाज सरकारी गोदामों में बाहर सड़ जाता है।
दोनों ही पोस्ट में ऐसा कुछ नहीं है, जिसे समझा न जा सके। स्पष्ट है कि पहले दिलीप मंडल एमएसपी को सही मानते थे और अब एमएसपी को गलत मान रहे हैं। ऐसा करके उन्होंने एमएसपी की मांग को खारिज कर दिया है और सरकार पर इसके लिए दबाव के विरोध में नजर आ रहे हैं, जिससे यह भी साफ है कि पंजाब हरियाणा से उठी किसान आंदोलन की नई लहर के भी खिलाफ हैं। फसलों की कीमत की गारंटी न देने के लिए उनकी दलील है कि ऐसा इसलिए न किया जाए क्योंकि हर साल करोड़ों रुपए का अनाज सरकारी गोदामों के सड़ जाता है। क्यों सड़ जाता है, कौन इसका जिम्मेदार है, इस बारे में उन्होंने कुछ नहीं लिखा है।

Senior journalist Dilip Mandal had said in an old post on Facebook – When the country was hungry, people used to eat rotten red wheat from abroad to feed pigs, then the nation had made an agreement with the farmers in Haryana, Punjab and West UP that You grow, we will buy everything at MSP. Those farmers fed the country. Removing MSP is a breach of promise to these farmers and a betrayal.
In the new post, Dilip Mandal has written – Before forming any opinion on the Farmers Protest, see that the task of fixing the price of the crop should be decided between the buyer and the seller. Fixing the price by the government is not a good thing, especially when every year grains worth crores of rupees rot outside in government warehouses.
There is nothing in both the posts which cannot be understood. It is clear that earlier Dilip Mandal considered MSP right and now he considers MSP wrong. By doing this he has rejected the demand for MSP and seems to be opposing the pressure on the government for this .From which it is also clear that Punjab is also against the new wave of farmers’ movement arising from Haryana. Their argument for not guaranteeing the price of crops is that it should not be done because every year grains worth crores of rupees rot in
government warehouses. He has not written anything about why it rots and who is responsible for it.
